Just like any other bodybuilder right now, the 330-pound Nigerian Lion, Samson Dauda, has been in full prep mode to acquire the title in this year’s Olympia, which is scheduled to be held from November 2nd to 5th in Orlando.

Samson Dauda made his debut in the Mr. Olympia championships, and with his ridiculously ripped physique, he made an impressive landing in the top 10. Having won the title of the Arnold Classic this year, he is undoubtedly one of the favorite contenders this year, and people are rooting for him.

Samson Dauda shares an update on his prep

The bodybuilding beast, also nicknamed The Nigerian Lion because of his perfectly aesthetic physique, recently took to his official Instagram account @samson__dauda and shared a post-workout update, flexing his transformation and raising the spirit of excitement for the upcoming Mr. Olympia.

He captioned the picture, “Leg day 🔥” In the image, he was seen flexing his hamstring muscles right after his workout in the gym. He wore a plain white t-shirt and had a pair of black tights on, which highlighted his extraordinarily enormously built legs.
