The talks about Jake Paul stepping into the Octagon has again become a hot topic since he displayed his so-called MMA skills recently. In an interview with MMA Junkie, the social media personality hinted at his upcoming plans of rocking the MMA world. Though he tried too hard to keep it a secret, his excitement could not let him do that.

The Ohio-based controversial star turned prizefighter has his eyes set on top-notch names like former pound-for-pound Canelo Alvarez. Though he called out several boxing stars, he could not get a fight against them. Meanwhile, he managed to get a shot against the former UFC veterans, Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren. The victory over these stars gave him confidence. As a result, he challenged the reigning UFC fighters.

Bound with UFC’s contract, the fighters could not come out to face Paul. This even became a bone of contention between him and the UFC boss, Dana White. Following this entire drama, ‘The Problem Child’ announced his MMA debut.

What did Jake Paul say about his MMA move?

Before heading into this interview, Paul talked about the potential big announcement about his MMA move on his weekly show. Recalling that, the reporter asked Paul to elaborate on that context a little more.

Excited Paul, first refused to talk about that and then said, ” I sort of got in trouble for talking too soon, I just got excited but I can show you someone things just really quickly.”
