Joe Rogan, over the years, has hosted a variety of celebrities and stars on his popular podcast called the Joe Rogan Experience. With the appearances of Elon Musk, Bernie Sanders, and Edward Snowden, JRE has now become one of the most successful and viewed podcasts of recent times. Recently, Icelandic Strongman and Game of Thrones actor Hafthor Bjornsson aka ‘The Mountain’ expressed his desire to appear on JRE.

Among other things, Bjornsson said he would listen to audiobooks and podcasts a lot in his free time. Speaking of podcasts, “like most people” Bjornsson also preferred JRE. A fan of Rogan and his podcast JRE, the multiple-time World’s Strongest Man title winner Bjornsson said he found Rogan to be a great and cool guy.

It is not that Bjornsson did not try to contact Rogan to appear on JRE. In fact, Bjornsson even messaged Rogan personally to state his plea. Unfortunately, Rogan has left Bjornsson ‘on read’.

“He has not. But I actually had messaged Joe Rogan by the way. I did for sure. I tried to go on his podcast. So, I’ve tried the rests [are] up to him. I would love to be on his podcast. He has seen it.”

Bjornsson went on to display the year-old message he sent Rogan requesting his appearance on JRE.

In his words, Bjornsson “would love to” be on Rogan’s podcast JRE. Joe Rogan, who once praised Bjornsson’s boxing by calling it technical, intelligent, and polished, has to now answer Bjornsson’s plea.

“What’s up Joe? C’mon man, let’s do the podcast. Let’s do it. Maybe [after] he sees this. Let’s see. At least I’m open to it. I would love to be on his podcast. I’m a huge fan of Joe Rogan; I think he’s a cool guy, a great guy,” concluded Bjornsson by saying.
