The interviewer asks Davis about the delay caused by the rematch clause. To which Davis replies, “I don’t know what is going on with the rematch clause. I don’t know about that.” The fight between these two boxers has been in limbo for a while now because of this clause. Recently Ryan Garcia’s promoter, Oscar de la Hoya shared the problems caused by the clause with the fans.

After that, the Interviewer asks, “You know who said nice things about you Yesterday? I saw an interview with Shaquille O’ Neal…”. To this, Gervonta replies, “Yeah, that’s my boy.” The interviewer further shares that Shaq O’Neal, recently did an interview with Inside Fighting in which he was asked about his pick between Ryan Garcia and Gervonta Davis. Shaq chose ‘Tank’ Davis over ‘KingRy’, to which he replied, “Yeah, I know. He is the humblest guy I have ever met, fr. He is humble for real.”

Gervonta Davis, also known as ‘Tank,’ has admitted to several charges related to a hit-and-run incident that happened three years ago. Following his win against Hector Luis Garcia in January, which led him one step closer to his clash with Ryan Garcia, Davis has been out of the public eye.

However, his sentencing hearing will take place on May 5th, after his fight with Garcia.
