Gordon Ramsay is blunt and brutal with his review when it comes to critiquing food. Recently, a 5 am queue and a subsequent stampede were reported at Aldi, where shoppers desperately laid their hands on Logan Paul‘s Prime energy drinks. In the wake of this event, Ramsay lately reviewed Prime by KSI and his partner ‘The Maverick’.

While the stampede exhibited an unexpected consumer desire for Prime, it made one curious about how it actually tasted, aside from the consciously built hype. According to Ramsay, drinking Prime is equivalent to “swallowing perfume”! “Okay, so that smells a bit high. Oh, Jesus, it’s like swallowing perfume,” Ramsay commented by saying. The British Chef, who is known for his outspoken commentaries about food, showed Logan Paul no mercy with his review. “What is that? I’ll send it to Nigella [Lawson] to cook her pork ribs in. What would I give it out of 10? A zero,” he added by saying.

“Can you imagine giving that to a French sommelier with his big French conk? Yeah, it’s like the sort of dregs of a sort of Gino D’Acampo tiramisu,” added Ramsay, who once held 17 Michelin stars. This review by Ramsay will certainly come as a blow to Logan Paul and Prime. It is worth mentioning that this isn’t the first time that Ramsay reviewed a product launched by YouTubers such as Logan Paul’s Prime. Ramsay took the trouble to review chocolate bars by MrBeast. While Ramsay praised the product of MrBeast, he has now explicitly criticized Prime by KSI and ‘The Maverick’.

Logan Paul and KSI introduced Prime Energy

After their successful launch of the Prime Hydration drink, Paul and KSI recently introduced the Prime Energy drink. “10 calories, zero sugar, 200mg caffeine,” screamed out Logan Paul in his latest video regarding Prime Energy. “We got a team of people putting in an effort. All to make the best possible product we can, you know,” Paul added by saying.
