Jermell Charlo, in the first press conference of the September 30 fight, made it clear that he would look towards Crawford once he comes forth victorious against Alvarez. Recently, he also answered a similar question to ESNEWS, as the reporter asked Charlo about the outcome if he fought Crawford. To that, Charlo replied, “I’ll knock him out.” Well, this statement stirred up the internet.

One of the fans, Nelson Figueroa, pointed towards the condition of Errol Spence Jr. after he fought Crawford. They wrote, “About to look like Spence if he gets in that ring with Crawford.” Another fan, Frank Stallone, also spoke in Crawford’s support. They wrote, “I think he’s tripping. He’s going to get schooled and put to sleep.”

While one fan, ‘mon Espada, called out the reporter’s unprofessional way of forming questions for a fighter. They wrote, “He’s fighting Canelo. Let the man focus on the task at hand. What a ridiculous question. Very unprofessional. Only in boxing.”

On a different note, Dre Robinson warned Terence Crawford. They wrote, “Crawford better stay out [of] the way you [are] playing with a bull mastiff now; he ain’t no fish.” Also, ESD Indo stated something similar. They wrote, “Crawford better stay in Omaha and enjoy his belts and retire, ’cause he’s barking up the wrong tree.”
