As Dillon Danis and Logan Paul prepare to face one another, the former used the past of the latter’s fiancee Nina Agdal to mock the social media influencer relentlessly.

Moreover, even when YouTuber turned WWE superstar, sent a ‘cease and desist’ letter, it failed to have any effect on Danis. Though Paul hasn’t explicitly fired back with words, he plans to answer Danis in the ring instead. However a surprising development has come up, Agdal herself has now taken action to stop the MMA fighter.

Nina Agdal fines a hefty lawsuit against Dillion Danis

Recently, TMZ Sports made a surprising revelation and it appears things are getting out of hand. Danis’ ceaseless and relentless trolling has driven the Danish model to the point of filing a lawsuit. According to the documents obtained by TMZ Sports, she had asserted that the Bellator fighter has posted more than 250 “despicable” things about her since his bout was announced. According to TMZ Sports, Nina Agdal claims to have endured humiliation, emotional distress, and damage to her reputation.

Moreover, she has apparently alleged that there was one post on August 11th, which ended up breaching both federal and state laws. She claimed that this post featured a sexually explicit image of her, sourced from “a romantic encounter” over a decade ago. According to TMZ Sports, she wrote, “Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent. Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.”

She also claimed that Danis only took down the post after Misfits Boxing threatened to cancel the event. In her lawsuit, she seeks unspecified damages and a minimum of $150,000 per violation of federal laws regarding intimate image sharing. Additionally, she is also pursuing a restraining order to prevent Danis from posting explicit images of her in the future.

What is Danis’ response to the “massive lawsuit”

In response to her lawsuit, the person in question, Danis took to social media to share his response and provide updates about the feud to his fans. He claimed that Agdal had filed a “massive lawsuit” agaisnt him. He also stated that she had also filed a restraining order as well. Moreover, he claimed that the model is ”seeking prison time” too.

Thus he claimed that if he were to indeed end up in jail then the fight would be “in jeopardy”. ‘El Jefe’ called the situation “Wild”. However, he also appeared to be resolute on not backing down and stated, “But I won’t stop f**k the system come and get me.” Moreover he called the founder of the Prime, a “dead man walking.”

Overall, this appears to be a serious situation for Danis and it may end up with him suffering financially. Since the threat of jail time is there, he needs to be careful from now on.
