Serrano’s first fight with Herrera went the distance, and the former showed great potency to get a promising career in mixed martial arts. She repeatedly captured the center of the canvas and kept pushing Herrera backward with some fast and significant hands. Moreover, she punished tirelessly both the body and the head. Some effective boxing, the ability to cut the distance, and powerful control over the clinch were all on full display by The Real Deal that night.

In her second fight with Ordonez, Serrano displayed quickness and the ability to control her opponent’s active body. She cornered Ordonez toward the end of round one and showered the latter with some relentless right hands. Following those vicious lands, Serrano attempted a standing rear-naked choke and won the fight with ease.
