Anthony Yarde Makes Stunning Revelation About Artur Beterbiev

Arthur Beterbiev and Anthony Yarde just had a great fight and that too right at the beginning of the year. Arthur Beterbiev won the match by TKO in the eighth round, but that did not lessen the respect the fighters had for each other. And in an interview, Yarde came forward to talk about his loss against Arthur Beterbiev. And he talked about the conversation he had with Beterbiev after the fight.

Beterbiev’s win against Yarde also impressed popular UFC commentator and podcaster Joe Rogan, who congratulated him on his win.

Anthony Yarde reveals conversation with Arthur Beterbiev post the fight

In the post-fight interview with BT Sport Boxing, Yarde revealed the conversation he had with Beterbiev after the fight.

The fighter revealed that Beterbiev confessed to him that it was the ‘hardest fight’ he has ever been in.

He said, “Yeah he said it to me he goes that’s that’s as a professional he said that’s the hardest fight he’s ever had and he goes yeah I’m strong.

Yarde also said that his bout with Beterbiev was a good experience for him that would help him in his future fights. He further added that it was Beterbiev’s ‘time’ in boxing. And the Russian-Canadian’s boxing record of knockout wins in every fight he had is a testament to the aforementioned fact.

Yarde doesn’t care about other people’s opinions

In the same interview, Anthony also stated how he was unfazed by other people’s opinions about his career in boxing.

He said, “I’ll be honest with you, I’m not- I don’t care about what another man, I care about what girls say about me but um I don’t care what these guys, I’m only joking I’m only joking. It’s just one of these things, innit?
