The day before yesterday, 2024, United States presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the nephew of President John F. Kennedy, commented on a clip from ‘The JRE.’ Joe Rogan was in discussion with the United States Army reserve officer and former member of the House of Representatives Tulsi Gabbard. Though not visible in the clip, the show hosted another guest, mixed martial arts legend BJ Penn. The discussion was on the Maui wildfire tragedy and, more significantly, the resettlement plans.

The post shared initially by @MythinformedMKE has already garnered over 2 million views. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wrote, “The White House accidentally sent $6 billion to Ukraine. But pennies for Hawaii.

Undoubtedly, the revelations have sent shock waves. Noted boxing presenter Michelle Joy Phillips found it heartbreaking that Hawaiian families weren’t treated with more dignity. She says $700 per family isn’t enough to buy weekly food.

It will not be the first time Joy Phelps speaks on an issue that concerns everyone. A few months ago, she spoke out vociferously while coming across a public bullying incident. According to the National Fire Protection Association, the Maui wildfire ranks among the worst in US history. Especially the fire in Lahaina, which destroyed roughly 80% of the place, is ‘among the top ten deadliest wildfires on record since 1871.’
