This tussle was in talks for a while and the proceedings of this bout even fell through a few weeks back. However, as both Alvarez and Plant’s teams got in touch to iron out all the possibilities, this bout is on.

Recently, the IBF champ shared a message for his Mexican rival while he was in a conversation with Fight Hub TV. Plant said, “I’m coming too, so if he’s coming he needs to make sure he’s coming with everything he’s got because I promise you that I am.”
