At present, Alvarez is 32 and Golovkin 40. Although Alvarez looks good to stick by for some more years, Golovkin is near to calling it a day. Four titles, IBF World Super Middleweight, WBA Super World Super Middleweight, WBC World Super Middleweight, and the WBO World Super Middleweight titles, have been put on the line.

On the other hand, although he is 40, ‘GGG‘ will enter this bout following a TKO victory in his last fight. Apart from that, he will be the taller opponent and have a 1cm reach advantage in the fight. Now, 1cm will not make a huge difference, but ‘GGG’ can be hopeful since Alvarez struggled against a taller opponent in his last fight.
