Following a successful title defense against Avni Yildirim in February, Alvarez is back in action to add the WBO title on his shoulder. Meanwhile, Billy Joe Saunders appears ready to defend his belt and unbeaten record in front of the Mexican superstar.
The 168 lbs matchup has seen several controversies in the build-up. It was also on the brink of falling apart in the final week. While the fight has officially made it to the ring, the boxing world seemingly couldn’t restrict them from watching the event live.
