Claressa Shields Stands up For Former Boxer Who Fought Off Attacker With 15 Punches in 5 Seconds: “Stop Messing With Folks”

A former Golden Gloves amateur boxer was recently attacked while she stacked shelves in a store in New York City. However, before her attacker could even begin to execute her plans and breathe, she rained buckets of punches on her defeating her with both her quickness and agressive boxing. The undisputed female middleweight champion Claressa Shields took to Twitter and shared the footage of the boxer defending herself with her fists and her athletic abilities.

As per what could be seen, the boxer landed fifteen fast punches within only five seconds of her attacker closing in! Undoubtedly, the attacker was not only overwhelmed but left with zero responses against someone as good in boxing as her victim. After Claressa Shields, who defeated Savannah Marshall in October last year to take possession of the WBO Middleweight World title in female pro boxing. shared the tweet several fans reacted to it.

While Shields captioned the post as “Stop messing with folks!”, others joked about the misfortune of the boxer’s attacker who most probably felt she could get away with harming her victim.

A user pointed out how “she got whopped so bad” that she tried “to pay the cashier to make it stop”.

Meanwhile, a user claimed how absurd it was for someone to initiate a fight with anybody.

Soon after the attacker realized that she was losing, she tried to leave the scene by paying the cashier the due money. Well, some users made sure to make a reference to it as they reacted to the said tweet.

Meanwhile, one pointed out how she least expected the outcome of it.

 

On the other hand, a user said, “PTSD gonna kick in whenever she sees any shelves being stocked up.”

One user even contemplated the possible reaction of the store owner who witnessed an unprecedented fight.

However, the footage did not only catch the attention of Shields. The former UFC champion Charles Oliveira even reacted to it.
