Telli Swift, the fiancee of the former heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, recently watched Purple Hearts on Netflix. Purple Hearts is a movie that revolves around the love story of Cassie, a songwriter, and Luke, who serves in the Army. Telli Swift, who is set to marry ‘The Bronze Bomber’, connected with the movie to the point where it actually made her cry.

Swift herself has worked as a television actress and is currently juggling motherhood, entrepreneurship, and a podcast called Telli Talks.

According to Telli Swift, the Netflix production Purple Hearts got her “running water works”. She felt so touched by the movie that she went to the extent of even coining a new word to communicate her innermost feelings – “tear-jerker”.

Taking to Instagram in one of her stories, she wrote, “OMG! @PURPLEHEARTS.NETFLIX GOT ME RUNNING WATER WORKS!! SUCH A GREAT MOVIE!! #TEARJERKER.”

Reportedly, Deontay Wilder and Telli Swift met each other for the first time at LAX airport. It was at TSA where they met for the second time, and Wilder finally spoke to Swift.

Deontay Wilder has a daughter with his fiancee, Telli Swift. Swift worked in WAGS Atlanta and was initially a known face. In a conversation with The Sun, Swift opened up about how she met Wilder and when the two talked for the first time. “We met at LAX airport. We saw each other from a distance at check-in, then again at TSA. Then he finally spoke to me while we were both going to our gates.”

Instagram DM played a significant part in the beginning. It was the sole medium through which Wilder and Swift first communicated. “Leave it to IG DMs. We got in touch with each other two weeks before my family reunion which so happened to be in Alabama where Deontay is from. The rest is history,” she concluded by saying.
