Dillon Danis seems to be going under the belt with his remarks about Logan Paul and Nina Agdal’s relationship. As the two fighters get ready to enter the ring against each other on the 14th of October, there is an atypical war of words that Danis has waged against his opponent. Till today, boxing has seen quite a few provocations from both ends, a natural process before fighters lock horns. But this time, Danis has taken it to family, and that is unseen.

As the world watches ‘El Jefe’ make these ugly provocations toward the older Paul brother, he has given an explanation for the same. According to him, when Logan’s younger brother was to fight Danis, the Youtuber-turned-boxer went all out with the trash talk. So much so that he insinuated that Danis’ girlfriend slept with him. Now, for Dillion Danis, it is the moment he avenges those words. He channels this anger through the older Paul brother and his fiancée Nina Agdal.

Are Dillon Danis and his dig at Nina, fair?

Well, that’s a question that Jefe needs to ask himself. Yes, the fight between Logan and him might be personal, but is it so personal that he drags Nina into it? So far, the fighter has gone beyond the ugly trash-talking we are used to. From calling Nina a transgender person to posting pictures of her previous romantic relationships on social media, Danis is leaving no stone unturned in his provocations. Recently, he pulled out yet another picture of her from his vault of ‘Let’s attack Logan through his Fiancée’ insults.

Taking to X, Danis posted a picture of Nina walking along with a member of the cast of The Flash. He said, “na not the bloke from the flash.” Well, it is Danis’ way to shame Logan for all the men Nina has been associated with. If this is the way he wants to offend Logan, it seems to be a sad way to do so.

Another Dig: The Fake Brothers Trope

As things get uglier between Dillon Danis and Logan Paul by the day, the former is not leaving any narrative behind in making sure his opponent is cooked to the heights. And this time he is bringing the ‘fake Paul brothers’ narrative. In a conversation on The Full Send Podcast, the fighter took shots at the Paul brothers calling them fake. And guess who he took his observational notes from? Andrew Tate.

However, coming back to what he said. He pointed out the atypical relationship of the brothers and said, “Jake is fake, I think. Their fake brothers, like Andrew said, go at each other in a way that real brothers wouldn’t. They oppose each other, like opposing forces. You can’t let him bring in Prime when he lets him bring something.”

Well, as we inch closer to the fight between Danis and Logan, it is clear that the former will go beyond everything to just prove a point. It is no more fighting to prove their combat prowess. It is now a bigger fight. Logan has to not just defend his boxing skills but the narratives of his fiancée and his brother. The fight has become personal and how.  Dillon Danis and Logan Paul will battle it off on October 14 at the Misfits X DAZN: The Prime Card event in Manchester, England.
