The next sequence shows Bivol explaining the way to leverage the core power while throwing an uppercut.

Nevertheless, Bivol went ahead with a fight and met Malik Zinad for a title defense. Without much fuss, Bivol wrapped up Zinad’s challenge in the sixth round. Now its over to the actual fight.
