A couple of days back, Fran Warren revealed that the WBC heavyweight champ, Tyson Fury, won’t sign a site deal for the Anthony Joshua fight until a bank guarantees the fight money.
This news reached Joshua’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, and he came up with a response on the same. In a chat with Sky Sports, he said, “I wasn’t just intending to take a punt on it.”
“It’s a lot of money and we’ve done this before. We did the Andy Ruiz fight in Saudi Arabia.”

“We know the magnitude of the people we are dealing with. We’re probably a little bit more comfortable than they are because they are new to this, and I get that, so we have to make them comfortable.”
Over the past few months, Hearn and his team have worked extremely hard in drafting contracts for this undisputed clash. He alongside Fury‘s promoters wants to stage this fight in a perfect setting. And for that, they’ll have to pass through several obstacles.
