Evander Holyfield Teases Collab With 9X NBA All-Star Dominique Wilkins, Fans Go Wild

Earlier this week, Evander Holyfield returned to Atlanta, where he first moved with his family when he was only five. It was at Atlanta’s Warren Memorial Boys Club that Holyfield began boxing at the age of eight. As a result, Atlanta holds a special place in Evander Holyfield’s heart.

Anyway, as per the latest updates, having returned to Atlanta, ‘The Real Deal’ arranged a meeting with ‘The Human Highlight Film’, Dominique Wilkins, who played for the Atlanta Hawks from 1982 to 1994 in the NBA. After the two had a lovely time with fans, the 61-year-old took to social media and left his fans with an encouraging message.

Recently, Evander Holyfield shared a reel on his official Instagram account. As per the brief clip, after he met Dominique Wilkins, the two appeared on the Balsy Sports South Network, owned by Fox. Although the interview has yet to be released, one can see ‘The Real Deal’ enjoying himself in dashing clothes. Besides spending time with the nine-time NBA All-Star, the former unified world heavyweight champion is seen meeting excited fans in front of his statue in Atlanta.

Stay on your toes and always move forward,” wrote Holyfield. And as expected, following Holyfield’s post, several fans reacted to it. Here is what some of them wrote out of respect. A fan wrote, “My brother The people’s champ“.

On the other hand, one said, “Man is stone“. Meanwhile, one fan even asked Holyfield to be his bodyguard. “Holyfield, you’ll be my bodyguard I’ma help,” they said.

Given Holyfield being “a great example”, a fan expressed that they followed ‘The Real Deal’ “since I was a child“. Finally, in reply to Holyfield’s reel, one wrote, “Strength has many layers, the ability to fight outside of the ring too; to rise through self-empowerment is strength indeed“.
