From the cosmopolitan capital of Spain, a land that in history ignites Imperial power, chairman of the People’s Champ Movement and a representative of PROMDI, an organization that firmly promotes the needs and wants of “local people,” Pacquiao in all smiles, wishes a happy Sunday.
