Amanda Serrano has reached heights like no other. However, a lot of her success is also due to her trainer and manager, Jordan Maldonado. Serrano is now an undisputed featherweight champion. She is also a record-breaking, seven-division titlist. Her abilities go without question. Serrano has been pushing women in boxing for as long as we can remember.

Recently, Serrano asked for 12 rounds of 3 minutes each in women’s boxing. Her will to push forward makes her an idol for many. As someone who a lot of people look up to, it is important that ‘The Real Deal’ shows herself in many public events. Serrano recently took to social media platform X, to let the audience know of how she maintains her fame outside of the ring.

Amanda Serrano claims 2024 will be her biggest year yet

Serrano made the post and shared photos of her in the recent baseball match of Cangrejeros de Santurce, which is the famous rapper Daddy Yankee‘s team, who is a fellow Puerto Rican. In her post, Serrano mentioned how Jordan tries to make her do things so that she has a credible presence outside of the ring as well. Serrano wrote in her post, “B4 the game started I hung-out & took pictures with the Players. Jordan has me doing a lot of things that are non boxing to ensure I’m getting popular outside my sport.”

Serrano later went on to explain how her manager’s strategies were doing wonders for her image. She said, “It’s worked because I’m actually being recognized from all my commercials, billboards & tv appearances.” She also mentioned how this will be her biggest year ever.

Moreover, the champion even stated that she was going to change her game and asked everyone to “stay tuned” for more updates on her. Serrano has already made a big enough impact in the sport, and now she is looking to go even further, and her appearance at the recent game just goes to prove that.

Amanda Serrano brutally KO’s her sparring partner

Serrano is set for her next fight on March 2. The undisputed champion will have to work hard to defend her title against Nina Meinke. With less than 2 months to go for the bout, Serrano shared a video of her sparring. The fans were definitely left shocked at her power and ability.

In the video, Serrano can be seen knocking down her sparring partner with a body punch. She captioned the video saying, “Power shouldn’t be seen Just felt! And in others Heard…” talking of how power resides in the shadow. Her strength is already displayed on her record, but the sparring footage is impressive, nonetheless.
