Canelo Alvarez is now very close to fighting Dmitry Bivol inside the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas. The Mexican pride will look to captivate Bivol’s WBA Super light heavyweight belt this Saturday, May 7. It will be Alvarez’s 61st professional fight in boxing.

On the other part of the world, following Amanda Serrano’s fight with Katie Taylor inside Madison Square Garden, Jake Paul is now a part of history. Jake Paul, who initially started as a YouTuber alongside his elder brother Logan Paul, has received mixed reviews in the sport. However, his achievements speak for themselves and pave a fresh path to boxing.

Is Jake Paul ‘delusional’?

The reporter from Pro Boxing Fans further asked the Mexican if he considered Paul ‘crazy’ to think he can fight against Canelo Alvarez. Calmly, Alvarez replied, “No, he’s not crazy. He’s fine and dreaming something, right? You need to put goals in your mind and dream.”

Clearly, Canelo Alvarez seems to be quite positive about Jake Paul’s involvement in boxing.

Recently, Eddie Hearn of Matchroom Sport called Jake Paul deluded. At this, Canelo Alvarez seems to make quite an apt reply.

How is Jake Paul’s boxing career looking right now?

This past Saturday Amanda Serrano from Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotion made history as she headlined a boxing match inside MSG, New York. Although Serrano lost to her opponent Katie Taylor, it adds to her and her promoter’s glory. In recent times, Paul even talked about a fight against the legendary Mike Tyson. However, there has barely been any response from the Kid Dynamite. Hopefully, fans will see Paul back in the ring soon.
