Mike Tyson, on a pilgrimage, has recently visited Mecca with musician DJ Khaled accompanying him. To offer their gratitude to Allah, Khaled and Tyson stepped on this journey. The former heavyweight champion of the world, who considers God the source of everything in life, accompanied Khaled to perform Umrah, a ritual known to cleanse the soul of its past sins.
Reportedly, Mike Tyson converted to Islam during his time in prison. In the near past, ‘Kid Dynamite’ spoke about his faith in God and praying. Tyson admitted he was praying and that when he died, he would die a Muslim.

Tyson wants to die a Muslim

In the recent past, Tyson spoke about his faith in God and how he wished to die a Muslim. “I do more praying than I can do. My faith is to good. And when I die, I’m dying a Muslim. It’s just who I am as a person,” said ‘Kid Dynamite.’ Tyson went on and spoke about the many aspects in which he “used” God to help his own being.
“I use God in all aspects. In all aspects to protect me, to love me, to allow me to love and have compassion,” said Mike Tyson. Tyson and Khaled were seen almost crying in the brief clip. The two expressed their gratitude to Allah.
