Mike Tyson retired from the sport of boxing in 2005, but he is still an active name in the industry and makes more headlines than an active boxer currently. As such, Tyson was involved in an incident a few months ago, which could have landed him in legal trouble. Take a look at what he has to say about it.
Mike Tyson was recently in conversation with Piers Morgan, where he was quizzed about his infamous JetBlue incident, where he allegedly punched a fan. The veteran athlete went on to explain, “First of all, I came from this place, it was called hippie hill, where at least 60,000 people were there and we are all smoking cannabis, okay? So by the time I’m on the plane, I’m high, hungry, and tired, okay? And this guy keeps antagonizing me, right, and then I came to my senses and kicked ****.”

He further said, “My bodyguard jumped on top of him, and I’m fisting my bodyguard, which I am sorry.”
“No, listen, that guy was just being irritant, really. Yes, he hit me with a water bottle that my wife reminds me of,” Tyson concluded.
The former boxing champ was seen repeatedly punching a fellow passenger named Melvin George Townsend III while traveling in an airplane. As the passenger was irritating the 56-year-old, Tyson hit him and left him with cuts on his face. However, Mike did not face any charges, as it was alleged that Tyson was provoked by the passenger.
