It has been seven years since the boxing world lost the most iconic name in boxing. Muhammad Ali was more than a boxer; he was an inspiration and a highly devoted human being. Recently, an old clip of Muhammad Ali surfaced on YouTube. In the clip, Ali described the steps in his morning ablutions that helped him achieve success. Unsurprisingly, fans cherished those words from the late boxing legend and quickly took to the comment section.

Originally named Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr, Ali transitioned to Islam in 1964 and changed his name to what everyone knows him by today. It was perhaps the most defining moment of Ali’s life as it transformed him into a different human being.

In the clip, The Greatest describes his daily routine. Ali claims that he gets up early in the morning, cleans himself, and wears a clean white robe. Describing his actions further, he asserts that he brushes his teeth, washes his mouth, and prays to the maker, facing East. The greatest Heavyweight boxer of all time asserts that he does those things to seek improvement, strength, and power from the almighty. Ali’s words stirred up emotions in fans, and they lost themselves in nostalgic bliss.
