Jared Anderson has had a great career so far, he has been considered as the next top Heavyweight contender in the making by a lot of boxing fans. This has much to do with him having a squeaky-clean record so far, filled with knockouts. However, his most recent bout against Charles Martin raised quite a lot of eyebrows. Anderson wasn’t able to make quick work of his opponent. Even though he did send ‘Prince Charles’ to the canvas during the third round, the fight lasted for only ten rounds.

The former titleholder posed a challenge for the less experienced Anderson. Martin has proven himself against some of the best boxers in the Heavyweight division including Anthony Joshua. Recently, his getting knocked out by Luiz Ortiz received a lot of scrutiny from fans.

Furthermore, Anderson going the distance with him has definitely proved that he indeed possesses the chin and endurance to last throughout 10 rounds. However, many are questioning the boxer’s acumen. Moreover, Anderson may end up entering once again this August against Zhan Kossobutskiy.
