Mike Tyson is often referred to as the ‘Baddest Man on the Planet’. His decades-long career in boxing depicts aggression, meanness, and the will to dominate in order to survive. But the ferocity of Tyson actually overwhelmed the sport.

For a long time, men have dominated the sport of boxing. As a result, in every essence, boxing breathed masculinity, and so there was the urge to claim the title of one “bad” or “the baddest man alive.”

For a man to be fearsome is to enjoy a privilege to the detriment of another. And Mike Tyson, throughout his career, deliberately expressed this desire to be mean and feared by people.

In a recently unearthed video, Mike Tyson gave a detailed description of his father. According to Tyson, he is still terrified of him. Here is what the former heavyweight champion of the world told:

“No, it’s just my father is a real serious guy. I wouldn’t ever wanna have a complication with him. Even as the champion of the world, I have people above. I just got crew. I’m still a little eerie of him. He was just that kind of guy. He’s killed people, he’s done bad stuff.”

“He was an interesting guy. He is a preacher. He’s always in church, he was born in church; he was raised in church. Preacher deacon preacher. Mean motha***”, he added.

In conclusion, Tyson is to this day afraid of the character of his long-gone father.
