Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate are finally out of prison. The Romanian Court of Appeal finally accepted their petition. It challenged their pre-trial detention, which commenced twenty-four hours after their arrest on December 29, last year. While the investigation into the allegations of organized crime and human trafficking would still be on, the brothers would be under house arrest.

The former kickboxer-turned-social media influencer, an entrepreneur, enjoys a massive following on social media platforms. Then, however, he started gaining widespread attention with over-the-top comments, reportedly against women. As a result, from Twitter to Facebook, Instagram, and then TikTok, one after the other social media outlets banned Tate’s accounts.

Last year, with a change in its management, Twitter reinstated his account. Then, just when things appeared to turn around, Romanian law enforcement arrested the internet celebrity. They detained Tate along with his younger brother Tristan and two other women.

Upon release, the British-American internet celebrity finally got a chance to interact with media representatives. A video clip of that interaction was shared through Twitter handle @Morpheusresist today early morning.

As expected, the clip has received more than half a million views. Almost similar numbers have also viewed the Twitter post, with two-and-a-half thousand retweeting.

Andrew Tate started by thanking and conferring his respect for the judges who heard their plea and allowed them out of prison. Then, he said, “I have no resentment in my heart for the country of Romania or for anybody else; I just believe in the truth……I believe in God, and I think that the fire of truth will eventually destroy all lies, and anybody who lies on a long enough time frame will feel the sting of regret, and I believe in this…

Tate then shared his belief that he would get justice, “….there is zero percent chance of me being found guilty of something I have not done. I maintain my absolute innocence, and I think most people understand this, and uh, I look forward to uh being home…

The Romanian Court rejected the brother’s fourth bail petition on March 29. Now, including his brother and the two women, all four received a favorable verdict ending pre-trial detention. It must be noted that neither of them has been charged officially. From his end, Andrew Tate has insisted that Romanian authorities do not carry any evidence against him. According to Andrew Tate, it is a ‘political conspiracy designed to silence him,as reported by The Guardian.
