The brawl left the latter almost half-blind. Now retired and looking after his two active sons’ boxing careers, John has cautioned Tommy, the younger of the two.

In a tweet that has garnered more than eighty responses so far, John Fury has suggested that if Jake Paul knocks out Tommy, he will see that the latter hangs his gloves until hell freezes over.

Sentenced to eleven years’ imprisonment, John pleaded guilty but requested leniency. Sykes pointed out that Fury deliberately wanted to gouge his eyes out.
Countering the allegation, Fury senior said that if he wanted, then he could do that easily. “I’m a not a feather-duster man.”, he said.

Dubai-based Cameroonian boxer Rolly Lambert arrived to substitute for a non-scoring exhibition. By and large, a colorless fight, it soon regained life with the entry of Jake Paul. As he started picking on Tommy, John soon joined the verbal spat. Thankfully the security posse had the parties in check, preventing them from coming to blows.

Post-November’s acrimonious departure, per recent developments, Jake seems interested in renegotiating a deal for a fight in 2023.
