The root of the conflict lies in Adin Ross’ attempt to organize a boxing match featuring Deen the Great and Adam Saleh. While the specifics of the issue remain hazy, legal documents from Misfits Boxing suggest a potential breach of contract by Ross.

Furthermore, Adin Ross unveiled a video that showed an unexpected visit from individuals in suits waiting outside his content warehouse, armed with legal papers. He promised his fans to show them the legal documents being served to them by the men of KSI’s boxing promotions company. For the longest time, BJ Flores was the head coach of the Youtuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul. However, just ahead of the Nate Diaz clash, Paul decided to work under the tutelage of former boxing champion Shane Mosley. This prompted Flores to change his team and join Paul’s nemesis instead. In July 2023, Flores announced his partnership with Misfits Boxing and became a part of their company as a small council member.

When Ross decided to attack Misfits Boxing publicly, BJ Flores intervened and gave him a reply under Wade Plemons’ post about the same. Flores uttered, “Wake up kid. This isn’t a game at recess. If you want To capitalize yourself and your platform with fighters under another company’s promotional company you will get sued. Lawyer up.

This entire drama hinges on YouTuber Deen the Great, who was slated to fight in a boxing event organized by Ross. Misfits Boxing, led by KSI, asserts exclusive rights to Deen’s boxing endeavors, including exhibition matches, as evidenced by a document Ross shared online. This exclusivity clause, if valid, would bar Deen from competing under any promotion besides Misfits.

KSI’s response came in the form of memes, seemingly poking fun at Ross’ attempt to host the fight. He responded with giant emojis, a pointing finger, and a laughing one. The situation has escalated from a potential fan-favorite boxing matchup to a legal showdown between the organizers. Well, after KSI’s response, Ross stated, “I mean bro, idc personally im still doing it you can try and sue me and Eddie I stg idgaf. March 16, dean vs adam is happening.
