Jake Paul‘s third bout of the year is around the corner. Four months ago, the 26-year-old Ohioan faced Nate Diaz at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. Despite it being a pro-boxing debut for the former UFC legend, he managed to take Paul the whole distance.
Surprisingly, for a Jake Paul fight, the latest bout seems to have progressed in subdued tones. Unlike other influencer boxers, who eventually phase out after moonlighting through a few forgettable bouts, Paul has been giving every indication of taking up boxing seriously. Hence, a win over August would go a long way in sending a strong message: ignore ‘The Problem Child’ at your own peril.
