Hafthor Björnsson, who is famous for playing ‘The Mountain’ on Game of Thrones, recently shifted to boxing. The former strongman and actor made drastic changes to his physique and training. In order to start boxing, he had to lose a lot of weight.

On his podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, Joe Rogan spoke about Bjornsson’s transformation and his physique. As Björnsson’s boxing progress impressed the UFC commentator, Rogan advised him on his next fights and suggested Logan Paul as an opponent.

He said, “Yeah, he looks great. It’s crazy, it’s like a totally different kind of human now, you know.”

“Now he looks like a big athlete. I wonder what his long-term goals in that are. There’s a lot of money in like freak boxing matches, you know. If we could get like Logan Paul to box the mountain.”

The guest on his show, fellow strongman Rob Kearney, also spoke about how impressive Björnsson’s transition looks.

‘The Mountain’ is currently preparing to fight fellow strongman Eddie Hall in a boxing match. Björnsson already has one win to his name, from when he took on professional arm wrestler Devon Larratt in an exhibition fight.

‘The Mountain’ ended the fight in the very first round, knocking out Devon Larratt.
