Not just as the daughter of the legend Muhammad Ali, she has also carved her own identity in the ring, retiring undefeated with a staggering 24 wins under her belt. After hanging up her gloves in 2007, the now 45-year-old Laila Ali has seamlessly transitioned into the world of fitness and wellness. However, despite all the fame and success, the gap Ali left in her life is still there, which was evident in her latest post on Instagram.
Taking to her social media, the former female world champion shared an old picture of herself along with Ali in the ring. Her carefree personality was apparent in the picture as she posed alongside the boxing legend post her victory. The picture was from her fight against Erin Toughill back in 2005. Interestingly Ali won the fight at the MCI Center, Washington, in a mere 3 rounds. Relieving the moment of glory and the wholesome interaction with her late father after it, she asked the fans to “Caption the look on our faces.” The fans did more than just caption the image.
