Shakur Stevenson and Michael B. Jordan were seen together recently at the event of Amanda Serrano vs Erika Cruz. Now, Michael B. Jordan is currently working on ‘Creed 3’ which will be coming out on March 3rd, this year. And Shakur Stevenson is scheduled to have his next fight on April 8, against Shuichiro Yoshino. But at a boxing event of Serrano vs Cruz, both shared each other’s company and were caught on camera together by Prudential center and BOXRAW.

Shakur Stevenson and Michael B. Jordan were also seen together before this meet-up, in a video shared by Top Rank Boxing, where Jordan went to meet with Stevenson in between of the warm-up for his fight against Robson Conceição. Both personalities come from the same city, Newark so there is also some kind of brotherhood between them.

The night of the fight between Amanda Serrano vs. Erika Cruz was quite an interesting one, as both the fighters gave their all, but Amanda Serrano managed to secure a win. She has created history as she is the first person ever from Puerto Rico to become an undisputed champion. She also planned her next fight immediately, so fans would be seeing Serrano inside the ring again on May 20th for a rematch against Katie Taylor.

Amanda Serrano won the fight via unanimous decision, and it was evident that she was training hard for it. Before the fight, during her training, Amanda Serrano made ‘ruff’ sparring revelation in a recent tweet.

This fight was being looked forward to by many. Two in attendance were Newark boys, Shakur Stevenson and Michael B. Jordan. The fans were pretty excited to see both entities sharing the same frame, as both of them have their events coming up in a few months. And it was also wholesome, to watch the two of them together, as both are connected to boxing for different reasons but still share the same outlook.

One fan commented about their common city and said that the two best personalities from Newark are sitting together.

One comment was solely about Shakur Stevenson, branding him as the best boxer to be alive right now.

Now there was also a video that was shared in a tweet by BOXRAW, and the fans have left some comments down there. But the essence was more or less the same. One fan couldn’t figure out the venue where the photo was taken.

Another fan was excited to see the two big names coming out of Newark. He wrote ‘Brick City’ which is another name for Newark.

But not all comments were positive. Some criticized the gesture of Michael B. Jordan in the video.

One fan said that Michael is exactly like Sylvester Stallone, as these actors “think they’re somewhat real fighters”. And the same fan also accused Shakur Stevenson of being a boring boxer and asked for better fighters like Gervonta Davis and Arthur Beterbiev.

Another fan said that Michael B. Jordan seriously needs to relax as he doesn’t really have as many contributions to the world of boxing as he thinks he does.

Well, it’s not rare to see fighters and actors together, more so at an event like this. But Michael B. Jordan and Shakur Stevenson go back and developed some kind of brotherhood with each other. So it’s wholesome to see two people who are best in their particular fields, hailing from the same city, sitting together and sharing the same frame.
