Mike Tyson’s timing for a punchline is still as good as his punches back in those days when he was boxing. ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet’ Mike Tyson has an indispensable sense of humor outside the ring. In the latest episode of HotBoxin’ with Mike Tyson, legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk made his presence and talked about skateboarding. Encouraged by Tyson and his co-host, Hawk spoke about his relationship and rivalry with fellow skateboarder Christian Hosoi since the ’80s.

Talking about their competition and rivalry, Hawk said, “Christian [Hosoi] and I were good friends through the ’80s and competitors, rivals. In those years like ’85 to ’89 [and] ’90, he and I were getting top two all the time.” Hearing Hawk speak about Hosoi with such reverence, Mike expressed what he thought about Hosoi.

Tyson said, “I knew he [Christian Hosoi] was special.” At this Hawk, taking the moment to himself, expressed that Hosoi was full of flair and style. While Hosoi was all style, Hawk defined himself to have been a “robot trick guy”. “He was all style and flair. I was like the skinny robot trick guy. People were very divided in terms of who they wanted to support.”

While Hawk said that about himself and Hosoi, they played a Tony Hawk video. Seeing Hawk perform his tricks, Tyson threw a hilarious line.

Mike Tyson speaks about breaking his back as an ultimate remedy to sciatica from which he’s suffering

In the recent past, Tyson left the Miami International Airport in a wheelchair. Following which Tyson reported of suffering from sciatica. According to him, when it flared up, he struggled to speak. Therefore, seeing the clip they played, Tyson commented by saying, “Ooh, look at that. That’ll break your back [and] you can’t have sciatica anymore. You do that and you won’t have sciatica.”

Tyson, 56, apart from sciatica, is completely healthy. Following this incident, Tyson accused Hulu of stealing his life stories. Although Tyson is way past his prime, he trains on a regular basis. Seeing Hawk’s stunts, he could not help but crack a joke.
