Jackie Chan, the international action hero has created ripples across the globe with the news of his upcoming multi-million dollar franchise. The 69-year-old legend is all set to take over the cinematic experience with this movie as it also features a talented and versatile cast and crew. One of them is going to be the big name in boxing, Mike Tyson.

A release date for Rush Hour 4 has not been announced yet, but reports suggest that the work for the movie has already begun. An extension of the Rush Hour trilogy, the fourth part is all set to break records, and this time it will do so with boxing legend Mike Tyson. Fans are heavily anticipating the release of the film.

Blast from the past, Mike Tyson with Jackie Chan

A picture of both Jackie Chan and Mike Tyson together has resurfaced on the internet, and fans remain in awe of the frame. The former Heavyweight boxer can be seen sporting a colorful satin patterned shirt and with a dapper white beard. The picture dates to last year, December 8th. Jackie Chan and Mike Tyson were photographed at the Closing Night Gala Dinner at the Red Sea International Film Festival, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The picture on Facebook has invited fans to gush over the two legends. Linda Davis Hannah said, “Great Men and legend 💪”.

Mike’s name is associated with the legendary franchise

On the same night of the gala, Jackie Chan revealed to a journalist that the fourth installment of the ‘Rush Hour‘ franchise is in the works, and he in fact was going to meet the director soon. Later, reports were afloat that Mike Tyson too will be seen in the highly-anticipated movie. ‘Iron Mike’ later spilled the beans about his role in the movie on his own podcast.

In a conversation with Katt Williams on Mike’s podcast, ‘Hotboxin with Mike’, the latter spilled some spoilers about the movie. While going through some photos, Mike confirmed that he indeed is a part of Rush Hour 4. He said, “I am in Rush Hour 4”.  He further added that he will be fighting Jackie Chan in the movie.

William responded to Mike saying, “That’s what I like about you. In Hollywood, I measure you by when I hear your name attached to something how do I feel.”

However, this is not the first Hollywood project that Mike’s name is added to. He has previously worked in  ‘Hangover: part 3′, his debut title. He later joined some famous projects like ‘Vendetta’ (2022) and ‘Hamlet Pheroun’ (2019). Rush Hour 4 will push Mike into the big leagues of movie-making. What do you think of him as an actor?
