Paris Fury was taken aback when she saw her husband, Tyson Fury all bloodied and with a cut right above his right eye. So much so, that she began shaking. She shared a post on Instagram, talking about her husband’s injury. She wrote “My full body was shaking with nerves when he showed me this cut, cus I wasn’t there with him. He sounded so pi**ed and disappointed but this is boxing (a dangerous sport) and things can happen.”
Being associated so intimately with someone who has the job of causing serious damage to his opponent and in return bearing the risk of facing life-threatening injuries is not an easy task. Paris has supported her husband throughout his career, keeping him grounded and offering him a pillar to lean on. However, for the past few months, she has also been waiting for Tyson to retire once and for all. But even after announcing his retirement, he came back into the ring, unable to resist the temptation of one more fight.

Apparently, he is not. Oleksandr Usyk remains unperturbed by the last-minute cancellation of his highly anticipated bout with Tyson Fury, just 15 days before the scheduled date. Fury’s promoters, Queensberry, revealed that the British fighter suffered an injury during a sparring session at his Riyadh training camp.
