London’s light-heavyweight showdown is on the ropes! Promoter Frank Warren and Anthony Yarde are currently in a lopsided position, threatening to derail the highly anticipated clash with Joshua Buatsi. While a 50-50 purse split and a June date are set, Yarde and his team seem hesitant to sign on the dotted line. Moreover, things have escalated as Yarde has drifted away from the Queensbury Promotions.

However, this could serve as a setback for Yarde’s potential fight against Joshua Buatsi. The fight that has been earmarked several times over the past three years will take more time to come to fruition. This time, Yarde doesn’t have any plans to sway away from the finalization of this long-awaited battle, as he stated that once his team figures out the best pathway for him he’ll instantly fall back to organize the Buatsi fight.
