Forget those cardboard pre-fight meals! The fans recently caught a glimpse of Tyson Fury during the press run, and the WBC titlist was looking ripped. Who knew the heavyweight champ could ditch the gut and look so lean? Turns out, his secret weapon isn’t some bland chicken and broccoli torture routine. Nope, Fury’s got a nutritionist in his corner, Greg Marriott, who’s more like a magician with a menu.

Marriott isn’t about starving the guy, he’s about building a lean, mean, fighting machine – and that machine apparently loves a good sausage. Apparently, Fury has a soft spot for them, but Marriott’s a clever fella. He’s whipped up special “sausages” made from lean beef, keeping Fury happy and on track to dominate the ring against Oleksandr Usyk. Moreover, he also talked about how even if Tyson Fury loses weight, it really won’t affect his power.

Whispers are swirling around Tyson Fury’s physique ahead of his big fight. Has the heavyweight king shed some serious pounds? Not quite, according to his nutritionist, Greg Marriott, who spoke with a hint of amusement in his voice. Marriott assured that Fury isn’t shrinking. He’s simply transforming. “It’s the body composition that’s changed. Tyson’s weight’s always been about 186, 189 when he’s fighting good,” Marriott replied.

And he’s been around that for a long time now. Obviously, with the first Camp obvious, that’s what I tried to do, and we got him in great shape and he was still about 184 anyway,” he explained, dispelling rumors of dramatic weight loss. Marriott chuckled, “Bless him, he’s not the muscliest guy on planet Earth, and he’ll admit that, but the first one to admit it.” But don’t be fooled by a lack of bulging biceps.

Marriott assured that Fury hasn’t traded power for a beach bod. This focus on body composition seems to be a winning formula. “And to be fair his energy levels, we always know Tyson, he can do 15-20 rounds,” said Marriott, referring to Fury’s legendary stamina. “He’s always been known to be able to do that, even when he’s big,” conveyed the nutritionist explaining that just appearing lighter doesn’t necessarily mean that Fury is now fit and he wasn’t earlier.

Moreover, Fury also surprised a lot of fans by chugging raw eggs recently.

Fury tells Greg Marriott to chomp down on raw eggshell

Tyson Fury’s training camp isn’t all just blood, sweat, and tears. The heavyweight champ is prepping for his clash with Usyk in Saudi Arabia, but that doesn’t mean there’s no room for laughs. ‘The Gypsy King’ has been putting in the work in Morecambe alongside his crew – coach Sugar Hill Steward, his dad John, and even brother Tommy. It’s a family affair, and keeping things light seems to be part of the winning formula.

In a recent Instagram post, Fury shared a hilarious moment with his nutritionist, Greg Marriott. And this was during a post-workout protein replenishment stop. An egg was consumed in a way that left everyone in stitches. Marriott, with a mischievous glint in his eye, went full-on slapstick, cracking the egg right on Fury’s head! The champ, ever the good sport, took it in stride.

But wait, there’s more! To truly elevate the comedic value, on Tyson Fury’s ask Marriott then proceeded to chomp down on the entire eggshell. So, Fury’s been put under unconventional methods, to get him ready for Oleksandr Usyk. What are your thoughts about this? Tell us in the comments section.
