Boxing reporter, Michael Benson uploaded a workout video of the IBO/WBA light heavyweight champion on X, which was sourced from his social media. In it, Bivol can be seen being hyper-energetic, pacing around the gym, and going hard at the pads. The combination of precision and hard-hitting jabs and hooks made an impact on the one leading the mitts.
