The former MMA champion started the fight with an aggressive approach and looked more comfortable than his opponent. He worked up Joshua’s body, whereas the latter relied on jabs, to maintain distance between him and the Predator. However, Joshua’s right jab tore Ngannou’s defense, found its target in the first round, and dropped Ngannou on the mat.
