Recently, Atlas gave his verdict on Anthony Joshua, taking on Joe Joyce in a potential fight. According to Atlas, Joshua should not step inside the ring with Joyce. “There is no way on God’s Earth – no way – that Joshua and his promoter are getting within,” said Teddy. Atlas believes Joyce has a “chin of granite” and would beat ‘AJ’ in the ring.
Joshua, who has suffered two back-to-back losses against Usyk, needs a win. However, Atlas feels Joshua would not stand a chance with Joyce. “They wouldn’t get within a ten-foot pole of Joyce in that boxing ring. No way. I’ve been saying this guy’s a player. This guy’s got a chin of granite,” added Atlas by saying. Among others, Atlas formerly coached ‘Kid Dynamite‘.
