Floyd Mayweather recently attended a college football playoff game when a spectator out of the blue disrespected him. While Mayweather stood in the stand and enjoyed the ongoing game on the field, an individual walked up to him and claimed he would knock Mayweather out in a fight. Before Mayweather could even digest the moment, the person in question left the scene. Mayweather, who fought his last exhibition fight against YouTuber Deji, looked surprised, irritated, and at a loss for speech.

Recently, ESNEWS interviewed Robert Garcia and informed him about the Mayweather incident. Although Garcia, at first, seemed absolutely clueless about the whole scenario, when given the details expressed, “I’m sure it’s not the first time that something of this sort happened to Mayweather.” At this when the journalist claimed that it was the first time on camera, Garcia concluded by saying, “Oh yeah!”

Before fighting Deji last year on November 13, Mayweather squared off against Mikuru Asakura in Japan in his fourth exhibiting fight. At the ceremonial beginning of the fight, a bouquet of flowers was thrown at Mayweather’s feet. This incident came as a shock to both Mayweather and everyone else, who were watching. Nobuyuki Sakakibara, the current president of the RIZIN Fighting Federation later took to social media and apologized.

We promise that we will make sure such actions will never be taken place ever again,” Sakakibara wrote. However, Mayweather has not yet said anything about the recent college football incident.
