In an interview with ‘The Jim Rome Podcast’ that came on Monday, October 10, the 5-0 boxer told that he watched ‘The Redeem Team’ and shared what he learned from it.

“You represent your country. People who have died so that we can have our freedom. And really putting that perspective bringing the competition to the surface level,” Paul continued, “Because every day in practice when things become monotonous and so sometimes you forget the reason why you are there? And it was so really good reminder for me to self. Why I’m doing this and sacrificing my entire life to the sport of boxing?”

Before coming upon this ‘The Problem child’ talked about his favorite documentary ‘The Alpinist’. A story about Marc Andre Leclerc, a crazy climber who motivates Paul to live in the present moment. According to Paul, that is a major key for an athlete.
