Sometime in June, the minds behind ‘The Danza Project,’ a podcast on YouTube, had called upon Adrien Broner to their show. Unfortunately, the former champion was not in the best shape, as he could barely muster words. The show received widespread objections, including from some of the big guns in boxing, for undertaking such a venture. Reportedly, the interview was finally taken off YouTube. Now, podcasters find themselves in the crossfire again. Many fans had a go at them, slamming them for having another drunk guest.

The guest in the latest episode was famous social media influencer and fitness model Brittany Renner. It soon became apparent that she was tanked up. However, the situation became edgy when she picked up a row with former Heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs. Unsurprisingly, fans had a field day as the episode footage made it to social media.

This follower wonders why the podcasters have habitually brought in plastered guests. First, they invited a completely inebriated Adrien Broner, and now Brittany Renner.

Echoing a similar line of thought, the following user seems puzzled whether the same channel recorded an episode with a tipsy Adrien Broner as their guest.

The following user could foresee some trouble brewing around the guest. But he seems doubtful whether she’s the same person who took off her shirt on Instagram Live a few weeks ago.

Also, with a sympathetic tone, the following user emphasized that one should never mock the suffering of others.

After the telecast of the Adrien Broner show, among those who commented was Errol Spence Jr. The former champion stated that allowing ‘About Billions’ to speak in such a horrible state was shameful. Noted promoter Lou DiBella also joined. Calling into question the very purpose behind airing such an episode, DiBella emphasized the kind of troubles bothering Broner, something the latter had often himself accepted on many occasions, and how everyone in the boxing fraternity knew about it. Hence, screening an episode that shares features with a previously aired one will lead to many checking for the relevance of such attempts.
