A pro boxer walks a lonesome lane. The journey is so arduous that only a handful make it to the top. As it happens most of the time, despite years of training, a chance to fight against a big name remains a pipe dream. No surprise if a boxer tries his hands at every possible trick to gain attention and wrench out that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

The upcoming exhibition match between Floyd The Money Mayweather and YouTuber Deji Olatunji has fired up a lot of buzz and drama. Scheduled on November 13th, the match venue is the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.

Decked with other events, the animated night will have Tommy Fury facing off against American Paul Bamba in the undercard. Likewise, NXT Tag Team champion Robert Anthony Fish, also called Bobby Fish, would be testing his boxing fortunes.

Anthony Pretty Boy Taylor is also expected to take part in one of the cards. Thirty-Three years old Taylor is an orthodox boxer from California, United States. His mixed martial arts stats confirm seven wins against five losses. As far as boxing goes, he has fought five matches in the middleweight category. The record stands at three losses against two wins. Taylor lost his last bout against fellow American Chris Avila through a majority decision in December 2021.

His name started making rounds as Jake Paul’s sparring partner. Perhaps he had been waiting for a suitable time. And it did, at the London press conference of the Mayweather- Olatunji fight.

Enter The Pretty Boy

Taking over the mike, he called on everyone, claiming to be the right fit against Floyd Mayweather, “Let’s be honest, what I think we really want to see is ‘Pretty Boy’ Anthony Taylor vs. ‘Money’ Floyd Mayweather. Now that’s a fight! Personality, personality. I’m the most qualified fighter to be fighting Floyd Mayweather in exhibition. I fought on Showtime. Some of the biggest fights you’ll ever seen on pay-per-view. I deserve to fight Floyd. “He already said he’s never seen Deji. I’m the f*cking ‘Pretty Boy’ baby! Former ‘Pretty Boy’ now ‘Money’ Mayweather. Anthony’ Pretty Boy’ Taylor vs. Floyd’ Money’ Mayweather. Dubai! England! Vegas! Come on baby! I’m here by myself! I’m here by myself. No daddy like Tommy [Fury]. No bodyguards. By myself. I can take care of myself. Anthony ‘Pretty Boy’ Taylor. You’ll remember that name. Remember that name. That’s what I’m talking about.”

Over boos and visible disagreement to this disruption, Mayweather responded in a composed fashion, “We all got to be respectful and we all come from, we all got a background where we come from. He may be a good fighter, I don’t know. Like I said, we can never overlook anyone. I just want to say, you’re confident, I’am glad that you’re confident. Continue to believe in your skills, continue to believe in your talent and your team and that’s what every fighter up here………
