After Shakur Stevenson‘s latest unimpressive performance against Edwin De Los Santos, Teofimo Lopez publicly announced his interest in facing the current WBC Lightweight champion. At this, while accepting Lopez’s challenge, Stevenson bemoaned that Lopez was not being genuine.
Likewise, just as Lopez ridiculed Shakur’s last fight, the latter mocked Lopez’s bouts against George Kambosos Jr. and Sandor Martin. As soon as Kambosos Jr. noticed Stevenson’s comments, he insulted the latter in a hilarious thread.

Teofimo Lopez speaks about punching Shakur Stevenson to sleep, and the latter fires back!
On the Porter Way Podcast, on being asked who Teofimo Lopez intended to fight next, ‘The Takeover’ claimed he was interested in putting Shakur Stevenson to sleep. “Do you guys still wanna see a 4-million-dollar man punching a guy to sleep? Of course, I’m talking about Shakur,” Lopez said. As soon as the statement came to Shakur’s notice, he called Lopez a two-faced person which further led ‘The Takeover’ to mention a locker-room incident where Stevenson “sized me.”
Nah. It’s different once you sized me at the locker room. I was just trying to support you on your night! Yet, you were focused on me. But don’t stress it. Me and J da pinky are good business men.

At this, Shakur declared that he would be prepared for Lopez when the time arrived for the fight. “Well Mr Entertainer when the time come[s] I’ll be ready,” he said. “Say no more gangsta just stay out [of] my face,” Shakur added. However, Lopez decided to ridicule Stevenson’s latest unimpressive performance against Edwin De Los Santos. As a result, Shakur referred to the time when Lopez gassed out against George Kambosos Jr. and questioned his abilities after the Sandor Martin fight.
Nah I’m talking bout that asthma u had when Kambosas bum ass was punching yo face in and u couldn’t breathe 😂😂😂 or the time when u fought Sandor Martin and had to ask yourself “do I still got it?” U weird ass niggas stay out my face rs and there won’t ever be no issues https://t.co/x4sWVPfCO1

“When Kambosas’ bum a** was punching yo face in u couldn’t breathe,” said Shakur. At this, now that George Kambosos Jr. was mentioned, the former Unified Lightweight champion showed up at the party.
At this rate, Kambosos Jr. feels ”flop” Shakur will soon fight with only 50 people watching him
As Shakur branded Kambosos Jr. ‘a bum’, the latter claimed half the people at Stevenson vs. Santos left during the ninth round since it was a very boring fight. “You a nobody now. 4800 people at your fight, half walked out in rd 9,” Kambosos wrote. However, Shakur, in his response, claimed only 500 people attended George’s last fight in Oklahoma. But, certainly, ‘Ferocious’ wasn’t going to remain silent. Likewise, in a hilarious statement, he stated Shakur’s next fight “will be in front of 50 people at the local YMCA”
Your next fight going to be infront of 50 people at the local YMCA 🤣 shit they’ll have you fighting on a Tuesday at 2am after the late night shows. Mine in another stadium! I’m trying to break my record of over 45k next in a real fight! A proper shootout. Sit down little man 🥱
