Kingpyn Boxing rose to fame when it established itself to cater to the growing demand for a boxing platform to serve all aspiring influencers. While Jake Paul and KSI among other influencers had made it to the ring, the need for such a platform was heavily felt. Kalle Sauerland’s promotion company emerged to compete with Misfits Boxing and DAZN. The company put out a tournament earlier this year to see which creator would rise to the top. The quarter-final took place on April 22 at the OVO Arena in London. Further, the semi-final was on July 1 in Dublin. However, now the tournament stands mostly canceled as Kingpyn has filed for bankruptcy.

The company had scheduled a semi-final between AnEsonGib and Jarvis, on July 15, 2023, at the 3Arena. That too seemingly stands cancelled. On the other hand, KSI’s Misfits has secured a five-year deal with DAZN. Amidst this chaotic development, fans have taken to social media to express their disappointment at the fall of Kingpyn. Anthony ‘Pretty Boy’ Taylor has also spoken up about the reported bankruptcy.
