“It was hard coming up in a house with my little brothers and sisters. They so competitive too. So it’s like they kind of made me into a tougher person too. Like I will come home from fights and if I lose, I won’t like hear the last of it. I think that it kind of turned me into a better boxer and a better person at the end of the day,” said the former featherweight champion.
As of now, Shakur Stevenson, who has a record of 15-0, will face an experienced boxer in Jeremiah Nakathila. On bagging a win, ‘Fearless’ would be the mandatory challenger to WBO 130 lbs world title. So, the upcoming fight might be the biggest one of Stevenson’s career now. Meanwhile, it would also be an important fight for Nakathila, which intensifies the situation further.

Following a successful run in the featherweight division, many fans appear optimistic about the American boxer’s run at the super featherweight.
