Nick Cannon astounds Mike Tyson with his belief in the afterlife

In the Last Days of Socrates, before consuming Hemlock and embracing death, the philosopher lectured his companions on death and the afterlife. In his opinion, the soul and the body were different entities. While the body dies, the soul is immortal. According to Socrates, anyone who has practiced philosophy in the right manner looks forward to death, as death offers an opportunity to know the real world. In keeping with the mentioned Socratic views on the soul, Cannon declared, “Energy never dies. This is just a human shell. There’s no way you could tell me that once this flesh, this dirt, goes back to dirt, this spirit that has been in me isn’t going to live on forever.
